I offered to call a cleaning service, and in desperation, they agreed to accept the help. I found Nellie's to be highly recommended on a Maastricht Expat site, so I called and left a message. Not only did Nellie's immediately called me back, they managed to get Gerard over to my daughter's apartment the very next day due to a fortuitous cancellation.

My daughter struggles with anxiety and it is not easy for them to have people in their home. Gerard was very kind and did a wonderful job cleaning up the place. It took four hours. My daughter was completely comfortable with him and requested him again for the next cleaning. It is scheduled for next week and they can't wait!

Nellie's did as I asked and emailed the invoice to me so I could pay it for my daughter. Gerard didn't mind knocking on the window of the unit because the doorbell doesn't work. We had several odd requests for the initial cleaning, and we were accommodated with zero problems.

Her crew conducted a move-out cleaning for us in 2022 and they went well above and beyond to finish the job. We had weekly cleaning services at our Maastricht home, and it was such a pleasure to come home to a clean house. Assel provided that extra touch that made all the difference. Nellie's again did our move-out cleaning in March 2023, and once again went well and above to help us with full clean-up.
